At the front of the property is an Olympic size, all-weather dressage court, with sand and rubber
footing, and a surrounding track equipped with cavaletti and stadium jumps for the more athletically
inclined. This arena also has seating for riding clinics.

The covered arena is a short-court length (40 meters) with a viewing area and full mirrors. Footing is
sand and dust-free fibre. The covered arena has skylights and electric lights for day and night riding.

A 60 foot lungeing arena has sand and rubber footing and an all-weather base built over drainage to
make it usable year-round.

Wyvern Farm provides several types of accommodations depending on the needs of individual
horses. Every effort has been made to recognize the value of social interaction for horses' mental
state, while at the same time creating environments that preserve harmonious equine relations.

o Four large paddocks with matted shelters are designed for retired horses or for young horses
needing room to move.

o The 12-stall upper barn has 12x24" fully covered and matted stalls which have combination solid
walls and grills to minimize conflicts among horses but to still provide an open feel.

o Five 12x12 matted stalls and three additional larger stalls are found surrounding the covered arena
and have barred fronts to allow horses to be entertained by the activities in the arena. Half solid walls
with bars between stalls allow horses to socialize safely, and may be modified to provide full walls if
necessary.

o Each group of stalls has its own tack room, grain room and grooming areas to enhance convenience
for riders and staff.

We are pleased to make our social area available for various
functions of the local equestrian community. Periodic meetings of
the East Bay Chapter California Dressage Society board, clinics
and lectures by visiting clinicians including saddle fitting clinics by
the Reactor Panel Saddle Company, and alternative approaches
to diagnosis of equine health and soundness conditions by Dr.
Kerry Ridgeway are examples of activities held during 2009.
